Currently in America, we see a civil unrest with systematic racism. From George Floyd, Dominique Fells, Riah Milton, Breonna Taylor to Tony McDade, the current events taking place will influence the next steps towards breaking barriers in place against African-Americans & people of color. This debut collection was birthed through the present state of the country, as well as the history of the country. It is meant to be educational, empowering, a tool of awareness and resilience. While some may see it as divisive, highlighting LGBTQ+ members of the Black Lives Matter movement only amplifies the intended goal that ALL black lives matter, even when the public shows otherwise with their interest. Fashion has ALWAYS been a statement!
Each month a Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ organization will be chosen to receive a portion of proceeds for that month.
